| Baggage handling | Easily identified by their red jackets, bellhops are readily available upon arrival at the airport. Assistance with baggage is offered and the recommended tip is $US 1 per bag. |
| Reception | As you leave the airport arrivals hall, you will be met by a Bananaquit representative holding a name board with your name on it. |
| Island transfers | You will make the five minute road journey by car to the Beachcomber dock to take the Jumby Bay private launch to the island. The boat ride takes less than ten minutes. From Jumby Bay dock you will be driven in golf buggies to Bananaquit. |
